Yin Yoga

In this practice, you won't be moving far from the ground, or sweating a drop. The therapeutic positions, long deep holds, healing hands-on assistance, and meditative guidance will help you to release tension, revive your nervous system, and recover your mental clarity. Using the ancient wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine working with the elements and meridians as well as the bodi’s innate knowing to release stored tension and energy blocks to allow the flow of Chi throughout the body - inviting in the new life force. The poses are held for 2-5 minutes to stretch the deeper yin connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and even bones. This class is the perfect antidote to a busy life. You’ll feel thankful you’ve given yourself the attention you deserve. A pure body-mind-soul high.

Fire Flow

Fire flow is a dynamic and heat-building class. This fluid style (one breath, one movement), invites the joints and ligaments to awaken gradually, whilst offering a dynamic and deep energetic connection. Expect to practice a diverse sequence where poses aren’t held for long and intuitive movement is encouraged. Fire Flow will leave your body feeling strong, your mind inspired and your heart centered. We welcome all levels of yoga students to this class. Modifications will nurture beginners and challenge more experienced students.

Hatha Yoga

In a world where movement is often competitive, Hatha is designed to connect you back to your body and breathe in a neutral and safe space. It is a physical practice where we will move through a variety of different Yoga postures, there will be a combination of strengthening and stretching poses, as well as an element of relaxation and relaxation play.

You will be encouraged to turn your attention inwards and forget how a pose looks, but rather focus on how it feels. This practice aims to leave you feeling grounded, calm, confident, and enjoying movement. It is available to all abilities in yoga, all shapes and sizes.
