Our breath is a powerful tool when we know how to use it properly. This 1-hour class helps move stagnant emotions and energy through the body which will assist you in everyday life. Improve concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, and experience stillness altogether. (Not suitable for those with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma, or active spiritual emergency)

Meditative Breath

As children, many of us didn’t receive the love and validation we needed to become secure adults. Which may have left us feeling disconnected and out of touch and triggered by our inner child and their needs. This meditative breath journey will support you in deepening your connection with your little you. Cultivating that sense of safety and belonging. Having that important relationship in setting and maintaining healthy boundaries and showing up authentically in the world. As we let go and release deep emotional blockages and sticky energy we will discover how to meet our inner child’s needs with loving kindness and unconditional welcoming, reconnecting you to your fullest expression.
